BTS’s Jimin has set yet another historic record on Spotify, further solidifying his global popularity.
The title track “Who” from Jimin’s second solo album “MUSE” has spent 400 days on the world’s largest music streaming platform’s Global Daily Top Songs chart, as of the August 22 chart. This marks 400 consecutive days of entry. Previously, “Like Crazy”, the title track from his first solo album “FACE”, spent 481 days on Spotify’s global chart.
With this achievement, Jimin has become the first and only K-pop solo artist to have multiple songs charting for over 400 days on Spotify Global, and remains the only K-pop artist alongside BTS to hold such a record.
Notably, both “Who” and “Like Crazy” are pure solo tracks without collaborations with internationally renowned artists, making the accomplishment even more meaningful as it was achieved solely through Jimin’s artistry as a soloist.'
Meanwhile, “Who” has amassed 1.93612 billion streams on Spotify and is on the verge of surpassing the 2 billion mark, while “Like Crazy” has already exceeded 1.38497 billion streams, heading toward 1.4 billion.
