EXO member Chanyeol made headlines by interacting closely with fans through a free offline event.



On August 27–28, Chanyeol successfully wrapped up his offline showcase “CHANYEOL [Upside Down] THE STAGE”, held at Musinsa Garage in Jandari-ro 32, Mapo-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of his second mini-album. At the event, accompanied by a live band session, he delivered a rich performance and premiered five songs from the album on stage for the first time, including the title track “Upside Down”, along with “Back & Forth”, “Ocean Drive”, “High & Dry”, and “123 Dance”.



The event was prepared as a gesture of gratitude to fans for their support. Beyond the performances, Chanyeol held an impromptu Q&A and casual talk session, communicating warmly with the audience. He also surprised fans by playing the guitar live and performing special stages of “Creep” and “Butter-Fly”.



The standing audience sang along loudly and responded enthusiastically to Chanyeol’s stories. In turn, he shared, “I was so happy to perform live in a place where we could directly feel each other’s passion and energy. I want to create many more opportunities where we can sing and enjoy together.”

Meanwhile, on August 31, Chanyeol will hold a concert celebrating the first anniversary of his solo debut, “CHANYEOL [Upside Down : Sound Stage]”, at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
