BLACKPINK’s Jennie’s personal label ODD Atelier (OA) has leased a newly constructed building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
According to Star News, ODD Atelier will move out of its current detached house office in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu—where the lease expires this October—and relocate in November to a newly built small building in Hannam-dong. Interior construction is currently underway. The new office, completed in April 2024, is a neighborhood living facility with one basement floor and four above-ground floors, spanning a total floor area of 927㎡ (about 280 pyeong). It is located in a spot that offers a panoramic view of the Han River from its rooftop.
The building consists of a 75-pyeong basement, 38-pyeong first floor, 62-pyeong second and third floors each, and a 42-pyeong fourth floor. As of late 2024, it was listed on the rental market with terms of a ₩1.5–2.5 billion deposit and monthly rent of ₩60–80 million. The building’s estimated sale price is around ₩45 billion.
Some observers suggested that Jennie’s decision to relocate might have been influenced by construction law violation issues surrounding her previous office building. Jennie renewed her contract with YG Entertainment in 2024 for group activities with BLACKPINK, while also establishing ODD Atelier to pursue independent activities.
