SEVENTEEN, the overwhelming popular group, has achieved the highest ranking among K-pop artists in the Oricon annual ranking, following their success on the Billboard Japan annual chart.
According to the 'Oricon Annual Ranking 2023' released by Oricon on the 20th (covering the period from December 26, 2022, to December 18, 2023), SEVENTEEN secured top positions in the 'Album Ranking' and 'Total Album Ranking.' Their 10th mini-album 'FML' claimed the 3rd spot, the first Japanese best album 'ALWAYS YOURS' took the 5th position, and the 11th mini-album 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' reached the 7th spot. SEVENTEEN managed to have all three of their albums released this year in the top 10. They are the only artist to have three albums in the 'Top 10' for both 'Album Ranking' and 'Total Album Ranking' across Japan and internationally.
