BTS's Jungkook continues to shine with his solo album GOLDEN, maintaining its golden popularity. Jungkook's first solo album GOLDEN ranked 25th on Spotify's "Weekly Top Albums Global" chart for the week of August 2-8. Since its release in November last year, GOLDEN has consistently stayed in the top 20 on this chart, marking its 40th consecutive week on the list.


Notably, Jungkook is the first and longest-charting Asian solo artist to achieve 40 consecutive weeks on this chart with GOLDEN.


In addition, Jungkook's solo single "Seven" ranked 53rd on Spotify's "Weekly Top Songs Global" chart for the same week, while the title track "Standing Next to You" from GOLDEN ranked 111th, marking their 56th and 39th consecutive weeks on the chart, respectively.
GOLDEN also recently set a new record by becoming the first album by an Asian solo artist to surpass 4 billion streams on Spotify. 


Additionally, the album achieved another milestone by having seven tracks each surpass 100 million streams, making it the fastest studio album by an Asian artist to do so. Jungkook continues to break records on Spotify, achieving titles such as "fastest," "first," and "longest."
