KARA, the "2nd generation legend," held their first solo concert in Japan in nearly nine years.

On August 17 and 18, KARA (members Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Nicole, Kang Jiyoung, and Heo Youngji) held their solo concert "KARA THE 5th JAPAN TOUR 2024 'KARASIA'" in Tokyo, reconnecting with their fans. "KARASIA" is a branded concert series that KARA has been carrying on, and this was their first in Japan since 2015. The concert opened with the Japanese version of the title track "WHEN I MOVE" from their 15th-anniversary special album MOVE AGAIN. KARA then continued to elevate the concert's energy with performances of hits like "Lupin," "Pandora," and "Queens," prompting sing-alongs from the audience.

The concert featured a parade of KARA's hit songs, showcasing their refreshing charm with tracks like "Honey," "Pretty Girl," and "JET COASTER LOVE." They also brought nostalgia to their Japanese fans with songs like "Summergic," "Sunshine Miracle," and "GO GO Summer!"

The concert included solo stages by each member, offering plenty of visual and auditory delights. Heo Youngji performed her domestic solo debut song "L.O.V.E," while Kang Jiyoung sang her Japanese single "好きな人がいること" (There's Someone I Like). Park Gyuri and Han Seungyeon performed "Daydream" and "Guilty," respectively, from the special album KARA Solo Collection, and Nicole captivated the audience with her solo track "5!6!7!8!" The group also delivered emotional performances with "HANABI" and "Last Summer." Notably, they debuted the stage for their latest single "I Do I Do" and the accompanying track "HELLO." The performance of "HELLO" was particularly poignant as it included the voice of the late Goo Hara. Six microphones were placed on stage, symbolizing the complete group, leaving fans deeply moved.

KARA wrapped up the concert by reigniting the crowd's energy with performances of "Mamma Mia," "Mister," and "Happy Hour." They then closed the show with encore tracks "SOS," "Rock U," and "STEP," delivering a spectacular finale.

This concert setlist, which encompassed KARA's 17-year history, showcased the group's enduring strength as 2nd-generation legends. Fans filled the venue with enthusiastic cheers and applause in response to KARA's passionate performances.

KARA will continue their "KARASIA" tour in Osaka on August 24 and 25, continuing their reign as "Hallyu Queens."
