ZEROBASEONE (members: Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Gunwook, and Han Yujin) has demonstrated their strong influence in Japan, coinciding with their comeback. On August 26th, they released their fourth mini-album, CINEMA PARADISE, which quickly topped various Japanese charts, including Amazon Digital Music Album Popularity Rankings, Mora Pop Album Rankings, and Apple Music Japan's K-POP Album Rankings.


Their comeback was also featured on Japan's prominent morning show, Mezamashi TV, on Fuji TV, highlighting the popularity of the title track "GOOD SO BAD." The song immediately reached No. 1 on the real-time TOP100 chart of Japan's largest music site, Line Music, showcasing the group's growing presence in Japan.


Building on their strong popularity, ZEROBASEONE released the Japanese version of "GOOD SO BAD" today (August 30th) at midnight across various music platforms, further igniting excitement among their Japanese fans. Fans have enthusiastically welcomed the opportunity to hear the new song in Japanese.


CINEMA PARADISE is an album that conveys ZEROBASEONE's optimistic energy, encouraging listeners to dream of a "GOOD" ending even in the face of "BAD" situations that everyone encounters in life. 


The album has been praised for its mature and sincere storytelling, reflecting themes of destiny, eternity, and love. ZEROBASEONE has solidified their status as a "5th generation icon" by topping global charts immediately after their comeback. The album sold over a million copies within a day of release, making it their fourth consecutive million-seller. Additionally, it reached No. 1 on the iTunes "Top Albums" chart in 16 countries, with all tracks from the album simultaneously charting on Melon's TOP100 and HOT100 in Korea.


ZEROBASEONE is set to perform their comeback stage on KBS 2TV's Music Bank on August 30th.
