SHINee member Onew is continuing his career-high streak, even in his 17th year since debut. According to Hanteo Chart, Korea’s largest album sales tracker, Onew's third mini-album, FLOW, sold a total of 108,198 copies within the first week of its release (tracking period: September 3–9). This marks his highest first-week sales record to date.


FLOW is an album that seamlessly reflects Onew's personal thoughts and creative flow, with him being heavily involved in the production and writing of all the tracks. It showcases his growth as a solo artist, taking his artistry to new heights.


Upon its release, FLOW quickly rose to No. 1 on the iTunes Top Albums chart in 26 countries and regions worldwide. This achievement, along with the attention it garnered from the U.S. business magazine Forbes, highlights the strong global interest in Onew's work.


The album contains six tracks, including the title song "Beat Drum," along with songs like
"Hola!," "Maestro," "Shape of My Heart," "Monday to Sunday," and "Focus." FLOW demonstrates Onew's musical evolution, particularly with "Beat Drum," where he showcased his versatility by incorporating rap into his music for the first time since debut.
