BLACKPINK's Rosé to Make Her First Comeback with The Black Label – Full Album Release on December 6
BLACKPINK member Rosé is set to make her comeback with a full-length album, showcasing an enriched musical style. On December 2, her agency, The Black Label, announced that Rosé will release her new album on December 6 and begin her solo promotions. They also unveiled the album cover image on official social media, exciting fans who have been eagerly awaiting her return.
The revealed album cover shows Rosé with blonde hair and rosy cheeks, gazing directly at the camera with a doll-like appearance. The overall vintage tone of the image, combined with her visual charm, creates a unique atmosphere. The album title, rosie, was also revealed, raising anticipation for music that fully captures Rosé’s identity.
This upcoming release, rosie, will be Rosé’s first full-length album, featuring a total of 12 tracks, including the title song. Rosé participated in writing and composing all the songs, offering fans a more honest and personal glimpse into her story. As the main vocalist of BLACKPINK, a legendary K-pop girl group, Rosé has set numerous records. In 2021, she released her solo single R with the title track "On The Ground," debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart and setting a new record for the highest charting K-pop female solo artist on the Billboard Hot 100.
In June, Rosé signed a management deal with The Black Label, led by producer Teddy, and also partnered with global record label Atlantic Records, setting the stage for her domestic and international activities.
