Boy group Stray Kids is set to continue their impressive global success with the release of their second full-length Japanese album, GIANT, on November 13. The group's agency, JYP Entertainment, revealed a teaser image and tracklist for the album on October 11 through Stray Kids' official Japanese social media channels, sparking excitement among fans.

The album, GIANT, features a total of 10 tracks, including the title track of the same name. Other songs on the album include the Japanese version of Chk Chk Boom, the title track from their mini-album ATE, theme songs NIGHT and Falling Up for the anime Tower of God Season 2: Workshop Battle, the original song WHY? from the Fuji TV drama Revenge: At the End of Desire, new song Saiyan, the ballad 愛をくれたのに、なぜ (Why Did You Give Me Love?), and their first-ever Japanese Christmas song Christmas Love.

This marks Stray Kids' first Japanese studio album in nearly two years, following the release of THE SOUND in February 2023. GIANT is expected to showcase the group’s inner strength, reflected throughout the album. The title track, produced by the group’s in-house team 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han), highlights Stray Kids' signature grand and powerful sound.

The group also unveiled a striking group teaser image featuring all members dressed in all-black, exuding chic charisma. Their intense gazes and captivating aura further heightened anticipation for the album.

Stray Kids continues to break records internationally. Their mini-album ATE, released on July 19, marked their fifth consecutive number-one on the Billboard 200 chart, while its title track, Chk Chk Boom, peaked at No. 49 on the Hot 100, setting a new personal best for the group. ATE also became the best-selling K-pop album in the U.S. as of September 30, 2024.

The group also performed at the 50th-anniversary edition of the American Music Awards, making them the second K-pop group to perform at the prestigious event. Their rearranged version of Chk Chk Boom incorporating elements of NSYNC’s hit Bye Bye Bye gained immense popularity, ranking second in YouTube’s worldwide trending music videos on October 8.

In addition, Stray Kids is nominated for “Best K-pop” at the MTV Europe Music Awards for the third time, reinforcing their global influence. Currently, the group is on their largest-ever world tour, Stray Kids World Tour <dominATE>, which kicked off in Seoul in August 2024 and will continue in cities such as Melbourne, Sydney, Tokyo, Manila, Osaka, and more, lasting through early 2025.
