BTS's Jin has proven his global popularity with his new song I'll Be There, which has topped YouTube's worldwide trending music video chart for three consecutive days following its release.
On October 25 at 1 p.m. KST, Jin pre-released the music video and audio for I'll Be There, a track from his first solo album Happy, set to be officially released on November 15. The song, co-produced by Jin and American singer-songwriter MAX, features an upbeat rockabilly sound, blending rock 'n' roll and country music. I'll Be There highlights Jin's superstar status and vocal prowess, as it continues to capture attention worldwide.
For three straight days, the music video for I'll Be There has maintained the No. 1 spot on YouTube's global trending music video chart, showcasing Jin's immense popularity and influence. His "Silver Voice" and visually stunning "god of beauty" appearance in the live clip of I'll Be There have also earned him global acclaim, ranking 4th worldwide. The song's music video even topped Japan's RecoChoku daily video ranking, further displaying Jin's overwhelming power.
In addition to these achievements, I'll Be There has claimed the No. 1 spot on Kakao Profile Music, ranked 30th on the UK's Big Top 40 chart, and reached No. 1 on iTunes in over 73 countries.
To celebrate the release of his first solo album, Jin will hold a fan showcase titled Jin 'Happy' Special Stage on November 16-17 at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul. His agency, BigHit Music, shared that the event reflects Jin's desire to connect more closely with his fans. The showcase will also be streamed online for fans unable to attend in person.
