Singer Lim Young-woong's concert documentary film I'm Hero the Stadium has achieved remarkable success, surpassing 10 billion won (approximately $100 million) in box office revenue.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated ticketing system on October 29, the film has generated a total of 10.06 billion won in revenue. On October 28 alone, it added 11.17 million won in sales, reaching this impressive milestone just two months after its release on August 28.

I'm Hero the Stadium now holds the record for the highest-grossing concert documentary in Korea, surpassing Lim Young-woong's previous concert film, I'm Hero the Final, which earned 6.05 billion won. This means Lim broke his own record with this latest release.

The film also surpassed BTS's Love Yourself in Seoul, which previously held the record for the most audience members for a concert documentary in Korea, with a total of 342,000 viewers. As of October 20, I'm Hero the Stadium had attracted over 346,000 viewers.
The film's success is largely attributed to Lim Young-woong's vast fanbase, "Hero Generation," which spans across nearly all age groups, including younger fans from the 20s and 90s generations. This wide appeal, combined with fans watching the film multiple times, contributed to its long-lasting popularity.

I'm Hero the Stadium documents Lim Young-woong's live performance at Seoul World Cup Stadium in May this year, featuring behind-the-scenes moments as well. It was exclusively released in CGV theaters, using special formats like IMAX and ScreenX to recreate the concert atmosphere for audiences.
