MAMAMOO's Moonbyul Sets North America Ablaze, First World Tour in Full Swing


Moonbyul of MAMAMOO is thrilling global fans with her first-ever solo world tour. The tour, titled Moon Byul 1st World Tour [MUSEUM: an epic of starlit], kicked off its North American leg on November 12 in Los Angeles. Since then, Moonbyul has performed in six cities, including Denver, Dallas, Kansas City, Charlotte, and Chicago, captivating audiences with her dynamic stage presence.


MUSEUM marks Moonbyul’s debut solo world tour. Reflecting the subtitle an epic of starlit, the tour revisits her 11-year journey as an artist through a diverse setlist that paints a grand and elegant story of starlight on stage.


Highlights of the performances include tracks from her first full-length repackage album, Starlit of Twinkle, released in August. Songs like the title track Is This Love? (A Friend of a Friend's Story), TOUCHIN&MOVIN', and LUNATIC featured dual-language versions, with the second verse performed in English, earning enthusiastic responses from fans.


The North American shows also featured special performances, adding unique touches to the tour. Moonbyul performed covers of Justin Bieber’s One Less Lonely Girl and Bruno Mars’ Treasure, with one song presented at each concert. Additionally, she hosted an interactive segment where fans could request songs on the spot, singing snippets of their choices. Her fan love shone as she took group photos with attendees, creating unforgettable memories.


Throughout the concerts, Moonbyul’s charismatic performances were met with vibrant energy from her global fanbase, Byulharang (Starlight). Fans passionately joined in, singing along to both her vocals and raps, and following the fan chants to elevate the concert experience.


Moonbyul will continue the MUSEUM tour, visiting Montreal on November 25, Boston on November 27, Jersey City on November 29, Philadelphia on December 1, Washington, D.C., on December 3, and Tampa on December 6, bringing her stellar energy to more audiences.
