SM girl group Red Velvet shared their plans for the year during SMTOWN LIVE 2025 ‘THE CULTURE, THE FUTURE’ in SEOUL.


The event, held at the Gocheok Sky Dome on January 11–12, attracted around 40,000 attendees across both sold-out days, with simultaneous global broadcasts on Beyond LIVE and Weverse.


During the concert, Ireneexpressed her gratitude, saying, “Thank you to everyone who came yesterday and today and cheered for us with so much passion.” Seulgi added, “There are many exciting stages prepared, so please stay tuned,” while Joy hinted at a special treat, saying, “Following our ‘Cosmic’ performance, there’s another special stage in store, so look forward to it.” Yeri concluded, “We’ll greet you this year with great music and a variety of activities, so please continue to support us.”


Although member Wendy was absent, the group reassured fans of their continued commitment to deliver quality performances and music in 2025.


The SMTOWN LIVE 2025 concert commemorated SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary and featured a dazzling array of performances by SM’s artists, including pre-show stages by subsidiary label artists, and special collaborations among the SMTOWN family.


The event brought together a total of 98 artists, including Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, SHINee’s Key and Minho, EXO’s Suho and Chanyeol, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, aespa, RIIZE, NCT WISH, Naevis, SMTR25, H.O.T.’s Tony An, S.E.S.’s Bada, Fly to the Sky’s Hwanhee, M.I.T.R.O, and more.
