On January 19, ZEROBASEONE shared the teaser for the music video of "Doctor! Doctor!"—the pre-release track from their upcoming fifth mini-album—via their official YouTube channel. The video showcases the nine members as they succumb to the feverish intensity of a mysterious love. The emotional depth and desperation of experiencing profound love for the first time are vividly conveyed through their subtle yet powerful expressions, heightening the viewer's engagement.


A snippet of the "Doctor! Doctor!" audio was also revealed, featuring a captivating melody layered with the members' rich, soothing vocals. ZEROBASEONE ventures into the R&B ballad genre, signaling yet another stride in their musical evolution. Lyrics like "Doctor Doctor Help Me / Cure me, I'm lovesick because of you" depict the inescapable grip of love's obsession, drawing attention to the poetic storytelling.


Notably, the digital cover art for "Doctor! Doctor!" was crafted by Japanese horror manga legend Junji Ito, adding a unique and eerie aesthetic to the release.
