BLACKPINK member Lisa was invited to take part in the historic first celebrity coin toss event in the English Premier League (EPL).


On January 16 (KST), during the Arsenal vs. Tottenham match held at Emirates Stadium in London, Guinness, the EPL’s official beer partner, selected Lisa as the celebrity to perform the ceremonial coin toss to decide which team would start the game. Lisa made history as the first celebrity ever to participate in a coin toss in the league’s history, drawing enthusiastic attention from football fans and K-pop fans worldwide.


A known football enthusiast, Lisa stayed for the entirety of the match, enjoying the game with Guinness while cheering on Arsenal and Tottenham alongside fans. Her passionate support and presence electrified the atmosphere at the stadium.


Meanwhile, Guinness has entered a global football partnership with the English Premier League. From the 2024–2025 season, Guinness will serve as the official beer for four years, with Guinness 0.0 designated as the official non-alcoholic beer. Additionally, Guinness will act as the EPL’s official responsible drinking partner, promoting and encouraging responsible drinking throughout the season.
