Ong Seong-wu Heats Up Bangkok with 'COMEONG'—Successfully Wraps Up Thai Fan Meeting


Fantagio actor Ong Seong-wu captivated fans in Bangkok, Thailand.


On February 8, Ong Seong-wu reunited with his Thai fans after five years at the 'COMEONG' fan meeting held at IDEA LIVE, BRAVO BKK in Bangkok. When he greeted the audience in Thai and expressed how much he had missed them, the venue erupted in loud cheers.


During the event, Ong Seong-wu hosted a special segment called 'ONG MAGAZINE!' He reminisced about his past roles and chose Choi Jun-woo from 'At Eighteen' as a character he would love to revisit. He then delighted the audience by reenacting a scene as a 2025 version of Choi Jun-woo. Additionally, in a fun segment, he selected a "lucky item"—a rockstar set consisting of a toy guitar and star-shaped sunglasses—striking playful poses for his fans and engaging in various interactive activities.


Ong Seong-wu took on different challenges, earning enthusiastic reactions from the Thai audience. One highlight was the LED Split-Screen Event, where randomly selected fans had the chance to take photos with him, creating unforgettable memories. He also performed 'Didn’t Know Then', 'Welcome to the Show', and the heartfelt fan song 'WE BELONG', delivering a diverse setlist and interactive moments to make his long-awaited return to Thailand even more special.


Closing the event, Ong Seong-wu shared his heartfelt gratitude, saying, "Seeing my Thai Wiros (fan club name) after such a long time reminded me of the incredible energy from five years ago. I had an unbelievably happy time, and I promise to come back again soon. See you again!"


Meanwhile, following his fan meetings in Korea and Thailand, Ong Seong-wu is set to hold his first solo fan meeting in Japan on February 14, where he will meet his Japanese fans.
