ZEROBASEONE’s Comeback Gains Global Spotlight from NME and Other Major Media Outlets
ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) has drawn intense international media attention following their comeback.
The group—Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Gunwook, and Han Yujin—released their 5th mini album, ‘BLUE PARADISE,’ on February 24, achieving remarkable success. They have already secured their fifth consecutive "million-seller" title and dominated top positions on both domestic and international charts, proving their soaring global popularity.
In response to their successful comeback, British music magazine NME recently highlighted ZEROBASEONE on its official website, featuring the music video for their title track ‘BLUE.’ The publication emphasized that ‘BLUE’ was produced by global hitmaker Kenzie, further solidifying the song’s credibility and appeal.
Meanwhile, Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore reflected on ZEROBASEONE’s journey—from their formation through the survival show ‘Boys Planet’ to the release of ‘BLUE PARADISE.’
Notably, Harper’s BAZAAR recognized ZEROBASEONE as the first-ever K-pop group to sell over one million copies with their debut album, ‘YOUTH IN THE SHADE’. The magazine also praised their rapid rise, highlighting their first world tour within just a year of debut and their consistent success in sold-out concerts worldwide.
Looking ahead, ZEROBASEONE is set to release the physical album of ‘BLUE PARADISE’ in the U.S. on April 4, further solidifying their status as a global phenomenon.
