Lee Jung Hyun, I once Gave Up Acting

South Korean actress Lee Jung Hyun (40) said that it was difficult to act and she thanked director Park Chan-wook for giving her opportunities.
On the morning of the 16th, Lee Jung-hyun had a round interview on the movie 'The Peninsula' (Directed Yeon Sang-ho) at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The movie 'The Peninsula' is an action blockbuster depicting the final struggle of those left on the ruined land four years after 'Bound to Busan'. Kang Dong-won led the movie to the protagonist of 'The Peninsula', the sequel released by director Yeon Sang-ho in 3 years after 'Bound in Busan' in 2017.
'The Peninsula' set a new opening record in 2020 by gathering 350,000 people on the first day of release and opening on July 15th.
Lee said that it was difficult to recall the debut film 'Petals' filmed during her teenage years. Despite the difficulties, Lee Jung-hyun answered "The movie is so good" when asked why she continued acting.
