BTS Jimin has added another record in Japan, demonstrating his unparalleled popularity.
Jimin's second album 'MUSE' title track 'Who' has received a 'Gold' streaming certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), adding to his achievements.
'Who' surpassed 50 million streams as of February, earning the Gold certification. This marks Jimin's first 'Gold' certification from the RIAJ for his solo songs in the streaming category. The RIAJ certifies songs based on cumulative streaming numbers, awarding Gold (50 million streams or more), Platinum (100 million streams or more), and Diamond (500 million streams or more) certifications on a monthly basis.
Jimin has now received a total of three certifications from the RIAJ: a 'Platinum' certification (over 250,000 album sales) for his first album 'FACE', a 'Gold' certification (over 100,000 album sales) for 'MUSE', and now a 'Gold' streaming certification for 'Who', further illuminating his solo career.
