KiiiKiii Achieves First Music Show Win with 'I DO ME' – Rising Gen Z Group Dominates Charts and Gains Global Recognition
The Gen Z group KiiiKiii (Jiwoo, Isol, Suie, Haum, and Kiya) has achieved a significant milestone with their first music show trophy.

KiiiKiii topped the charts on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ on April 5th with their debut album’s title track, ‘I DO ME’ from their first mini-album ‘UNCUT GEM’. Through their agency Starship Entertainment, KiiiKiii expressed, "It’s incredibly joyful and grateful to win first place on a music show – it feels unbelievable. We are thankful every day for the fans who give us energy and for everyone who loves ‘I DO ME’ and KiiiKiii. We are even more proud to achieve first place, and we hope more people feel happiness and freedom through our music. We will repay everyone with diverse and fun music and performances, so please look forward to it."

‘I DO ME’, which secured the group’s first music show win, is the title track from KiiiKiii’s debut album ‘UNCUT GEM’ released on March 24th. The song is a pop dance track that expresses the independent heart of a girl who confidently believes in her intuition. KiiiKiii initially released ‘I DO ME’ as a pre-debut track in February and quickly rose to prominence as a ‘highly anticipated artist of 2025’ through three weeks of music show performances, showcasing their exceptional live skills and diverse charms.

This momentum has translated into impressive chart performance. ‘I DO ME’ topped Spotify’s Viral 50 Korea chart after its release, reached number 3 on Melon’s HOT100 (based on the first 30 days), and climbed to number 10 on the Top100 chart, demonstrating a remarkable rise in popularity. The song has also secured a strong presence on other major domestic music charts, including Bugs, Vibe, Genie, Flo, and YouTube Music, solidifying their position in the industry. Furthermore, KiiiKiii graced the cover of 10 Magazine USA before their official debut – a first for a K-pop artist – and was recently named one of Rolling Stone’s ‘Future 25’ – the 25 most promising rookie musicians of 2025 – as the only K-pop artist on the list. They also topped the brand reputation rankings for rookie idols for two consecutive months – March and April 2025 – demonstrating their overwhelming influence both domestically and internationally.

Meanwhile, KiiiKiii plans to continue promoting their follow-up track ‘BTG’ through various music shows and content releases.
