'Who,' released on July 19, 2024, debuted at No. 14 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and remained on the chart for a total of 33 weeks. This is the longest chart run for any K-pop song, both group and solo. Jimin achieved the longest Hot 100 entry record for a solo song, following BTS's 'Dynamite' (32 weeks). On the UK Official Singles Chart, it stayed for a total of 28 weeks, setting a record for the longest chart run for a Korean solo artist since the chart was revamped in 2014. Additionally, 'Who' received a 'Gold' certification in the streaming category from the Recording Industry Association of Japan on March 28, continuing to enjoy global popularity.


'Who' is a song about the bittersweet longing for someone one has never met and the confusing emotions that come with it. The contrast between the song’s sexy and bold beat and rhythm and the pure, romantic lyrics about wanting to find true love is a key point of appreciation.


The music video depicts Jimin's journey to find true love. His performance is highlighted by scenes of him walking alone through the streets and passing through crowds of people. The camera work enhances his performance and adds visual appeal to the music video. Throughout the video, LED signs featuring the titles of songs from the album appear, and flyers with "1995s TOP love song" written on them, along with scenes that look like they were shot with a camcorder, maximize the vintage atmosphere.
