가수 임영웅의 생일을 맞아 팬들이 어려운 이웃을 위한 기부로 의미를 더했다.
임영웅 팬클럽 '영웅시대 정읍무지개방'은 임영웅의 생일(6월 16일)을 앞두고 지난 10일 정읍시에 300만 원을 기부했다.
'영웅시대 정읍무지개방' 기부금은 정읍 지역 취약계층을 위한 복지사업에 쓰일 예정으로, 지역 사회에 따뜻한 희망을 전할 전망이다. '영웅시대 정읍무지개방'은 지난해에도 내장상동주민센터를 통해 300만 원을 기부하는 등 임영웅의 선한 영향력 실천에 앞장서고 있다.
