
BTS member Jimin has once again claimed the No. 1 spot on the Star Ranking for male idols.
In the 196th round of voting, held from 3:01 PM on July 24 to 3:00 PM on July 31, Jimin secured the top position, surpassing 2PM’s Junho and fellow BTS member Jin. Jimin received a total of 80,993 votes, while Junho took second place with 21,419 votes, and Jin came in third with 11,384 votes.
Star Ranking is a fan-driven ranking system where fans vote directly for their favorite stars. When voting via mobile, fans can also receive a voting certificate. Based on the final rankings, selected stars receive a variety of special benefits.
Stars who rank No. 1 for four consecutive weeks are featured on outdoor billboard advertisements. Fans of these top-ranking stars can also support them with customized billboard video ads. Support proposals can be sent to Star News’ official email: star@mtstarnews.com.
