IVE (An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Leeseo) has officially launched their new era of success with the release of their latest track “XOXZ.”



Following the release of the music video for the title track “XOXZ” from their 4th mini album IVE SECRET on August 25, the group has been drawing massive attention. The track creatively interprets IVE’s coined expression “XOXZ,” which means “Love you, good night, and see you in my dreams.” In the music video, IVE invites “the self” into a secret dream world built “in their own way” and vividly portrays a universe expressed uniquely through their perspective.



Immediately upon release, the “XOXZ” music video held the No. 1 spot on YouTube Korea’s trending music videos chart for three consecutive days. It also ranked No. 1 on the YouTube Korea daily popular music video chart (as of August 26), the Genie daily music video chart (August 25–26), and the VIBE Music Video Top 50 (August 26–27), proving its immense popularity. In addition, it topped the overall music video chart on China’s largest platform QQ Music and reached No. 4 on YouTube Japan’s daily trending music video chart (as of August 26), showing strong results overseas as well.



The track is also performing impressively on streaming charts. Upon release, “XOXZ” topped Melon’s HOT100 (for songs released within 30 days) and VIBE’s domestic trending chart. It also secured No. 2 on Bugs’ real-time and daily charts, and placed No. 4 on Melon’s HOT100 (for songs released within 100 days), quickly settling into the top tier of Korea’s major music charts and signaling the start of a full-fledged chart climb.
