Actors attending the 30th Busan International Film Festival showcased their dazzling charms.
On the 17th, the opening ceremony of the 30th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) was held at the outdoor stage of the Busan Cinema Center in Haeundae. The opening film was director Park Chan-wook’s new work No Way Out, with actor Lee Byung-hun serving as host. Just before the ceremony, the red carpet welcomed a star-studded lineup: Go Kyung-pyo, Ki Joo-bong, Kim Do-hoon, Kim Dong-wook, Kim Min-ha, Kim Sung-cheol, Kim Yoo-jung, Kim Young-dae, Kim Joo-ryung, Geum Sae-rok, Rowoon, Ryu Kyung-soo, Moon Woo-jin, Park Seo-ham, Park Ji-hwan, Park Hee-soon, Bang Min-ah, Shin Seung-ho, Shin Ye-eun, Shim Eun-kyung, Son Ye-jin, Ahn Seo-hyun, Yeo Woo-jin, Yoo Ji-tae, Teo Yoo, Yum Hye-ran, Lee Kyu-hyung, Lee Moo-saeng, Lee Soo-hyuk, Lee Yeol-eum, Lee Yoo-mi, Lee Joo-young, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Hye-young, Jang Seung-jo, Jeon So-ni, Jeon Jong-seo, Jung Soo-jung, Jung Woo, Cho Woo-jin, Ha Yoon-kyung, Ha Jung-woo, Han So-hee, Han Hyun-min, Han Hyo-joo, and Hong Kyung.

On this red carpet, actors captivated with either bold or simple fashion choices. Kim Yoo-jung, who came to Busan with TVING’s original series Dear X (selected for the “On Screen” section), wore a striking blue dress with a daring hip cut, exuding a mature allure. BLACKPINK’s Lisa made a surprise appearance in a petal-like elegant dress with subtle hip detailing, drawing all eyes. Geum Sae-rok, attending with the competition entry A Seven O’Clock Breakfast for the Brokenhearted, turned heads in a bold see-through gown, while Jeon Jong-seo, in Busan with Project Y, showcased her curves in a glamorous dress accentuating her silhouette.
By contrast, Han So-hee, Jeon Jong-seo’s co-star in Project Y, opted for a loose-fit, understated gown that revealed little of her figure.
Shin Ye-eun, invited with Turbid Stream for the “On Screen” section, appeared in a chic white dress with one shoulder exposed and a fresh bob haircut. Son Ye-jin, the lead actress of the opening film It Can’t Be Helped, graced the carpet in a pink dress with ribbon details, balancing elegance and charm.
