“K-pop Super Rookie” KickFlip Drops 3rd Mini Album My First Flip and Title Track The First Song I’ve Ever Sung Today (22nd)



KickFlip continues their rise as a “K-pop Super Rookie” with the release of their 3rd mini album My First Flip and its title track The First Song I’ve Ever Sung on September 22.

JYP Entertainment’s rookie group KickFlip makes their comeback with the new album My First Flip and the title track The First Song I’ve Ever Sung. The track is an uptempo dance song rooted in pop-punk, blending powerful synth sounds with energetic guitar riffs. It portrays the heart-pounding moment of confession, delivering the fresh emotions of first love with KickFlip’s vibrant energy.



The new album captures the slightly clumsy yet cheerful nature of first love, expressed in KickFlip’s unique style. It features a total of seven tracks: the title track The First Song I’ve Ever Sung, Band-Aid, Singularity, Back Here Again, Gas On It, 404: Not Found, and It’s a Secret That I Had a Nightmare. All members participated in the credits for every track, showcasing once again the group’s steadily growing musical potential since debut.



KickFlip first stepped into the scene with their debut album Flip it, Kick it! in January 2025, followed by their 2nd mini album Kick Out, Flip Now! in May, which solidified their distinct musical identity. This summer, they made an impact on global stages including Lollapalooza Chicago, Summer Sonic 2025, and the 2025 TIMA (TMELive International Music Awards), steadily expanding their growth trajectory. With the new mini album, KickFlip is set to climb even higher.



KickFlip’s 3rd mini album My First Flip and the title track The First Song I’ve Ever Sung, which will pull listeners into the moments of first love, officially drop at 6 PM on the 22nd. At 7 PM, they will hold a comeback show on Mnet M2, followed by a comeback showcase at 8 PM to create unforgettable memories with fans.
