지난 2011년 12월 2일 개설된 임영웅 유튜브 채널은 10월 7일 오전 기준 총 866개의 영상이 게재돼 있다.
임영웅 유튜브 영상 중 최다 조회수 영상은 2021년 10월 11일 공개된 '사랑은 늘 도망가'로 10월 7일 기준 1억 163만 뷰 이상을 기록 중이며, 2021년 3월 9일 공개된 '별빛 같은 나의 사랑아' 무대 영상이 7486만 뷰로 뒤를 이었다.
한편 임영웅은 10월 17일~19일 송도컨벤시아에서 열리는 인천 콘서트를 시작으로 2025 전국투어 콘서트 'IM HERO'에 나선다.
