원로배우 고(故) 권성덕이 사망 1주기를 맞았다.고 권성덕은 지난 2024년 10월 13일 식도암 투병 중 사망했다. 향년 84세.
고인은 1963년 극단 '광장'의 창단 멤버로 연극 생활을 시작했다. 이후 그는 드라마 '뿌리 깊은 나무', 영화 '아저씨', '오! 해피데이', '간 큰 가족' 등에 출연했다.
그는 2016년 연극 '햄릿' 공연 준비 중 식도암이 발병해 무대를 떠났다. 2년 뒤인 2018년 연극 '로물루스 대제'로 복귀해 연기 열정과 건재함을 알리기도 했다.
특히 그는 이승만 전 대통령을 빼닮은 외모로 드라마 '야인시대' '영웅시대' '서울 1945' 등에서 이 전 대통령 역할을 주로 맡았다.
