배우 조인성이 소유한 건물이 44억 오른 것으로 추산된다.지난 19일 빌딩로드부동산 중개법인에 따르면 조인성은 2012년 3월 경리단길 이태원 소재 건물을 30억 5000만 원에 매입했다.
매입 이후 건물 시세는 약 44억 원 상승해 현재 약 74억 원인 것으로 분석된다. 주택을 매입해 카페와 사무실로 리모델링하며 건물 가치를 극대화한 것으로 보인다.
이 건물은 지하 1층에서 지상 3층 규모로, 조인성은 매입 후 주택이었던 건물 외관과 내부를 모두 고쳤다. 1층은 조인성의 동생이 카페를 운영 중이며, 위층은 사무실로 임대 중이다.
