BTS member Jungkook’s track “Seven” has officially surpassed 2.6 billion streams on Spotify, becoming the first song by an Asian artist ever to reach this milestone on the world’s largest music streaming platform.
Released in July 2023 as Jungkook’s solo debut single, “Seven” recently exceeded 2,601,285,169 cumulative streams on Spotify — achieving this remarkable feat in just 829 days. Even two years after its release, the song continues to maintain its dominance, drawing around 2 million daily streams and proving its enduring global popularity.
Notably, “Seven” has become both the first Asian artist’s song and the fastest debut track worldwide to surpass 2.6 billion streams, setting a new historic record. As of October 21, it ranks 76th among the most-streamed songs of all time on Spotify.
In addition, “Seven” has remained on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart for 118 consecutive weeks, the longest run ever for a song by an Asian solo artist, solidifying Jungkook’s reputation as an unstoppable global hitmaker.
