최근 운동과 16시간 공복을 유지하며 체중을 감량했다고 밝힌 그는 마스크를 착용했음에도 불구하고 또렷한 이목구비를 자랑했다.
한편 홍현희는 인테리어 디자이너이자 방송인 제이쓴과 2018년 결혼해 2022년 아들 준범 군을 출산했다.
