BTS’s Jungkook Sets New Asian Solo Record with ‘Seven’ and GOLDEN — 121 and 105 Weeks on Spotify Global Charts
BTS member Jungkook continues to solidify his status as a record-breaking icon with both his music and his album.
Jungkook’s 2023 solo debut single “Seven” ranked No. 71 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart for the period of October 31 to November 6.
Even more than two years after its release, “Seven” has climbed the charts for three consecutive weeks, proving its enduring popularity as a mega-hit song.
“Seven” has now spent 121 weeks on the chart — the first and longest-running entry ever by an Asian solo artist — extending its record.
Jungkook’s first solo album GOLDEN, released in 2023, also demonstrated strong global performance. It rose three spots from the previous week to No. 76 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Albums Global chart for October 31 to November 6.
