BABYMONSTER kicked off their first fan concert in Japan with an explosive opening in Chiba, showcasing an even more diverse setlist and delivering a powerful start to their tour.
According to YG Entertainment, BABYMONSTER attracted a total of 20,000 attendees over two days—January 15 and 16—at the BABYMONSTER [LOVE MONSTERS] JAPAN FAN CONCERT 2025, held at LaLa Arena Tokyo Bay in Chiba. With overwhelming performances, the group turned the venue into a scene of euphoric excitement. This fan concert marks their first standalone show in Japan in about seven months, following their initial Japan tour, which sold out every stop. As the opening city, Chiba generated immense anticipation, with fans’ cheers echoing even outside the venue.
The concert opened with “WE GO UP,” the group’s first Oricon No. 1 track. BABYMONSTER instantly ignited the stage with commanding live vocals and high-energy choreography. Fans stood throughout performances of hit songs such as “SHEESH” and “DRIP,” filling the arena with unified chants and amplifying the atmosphere.
As this was their first solo concert following the release of their second mini-album WE GO UP, BABYMONSTER further intensified the excitement with the debut of new stages—including “PSYCHO,” “SUPA DUPA LUV,” and “WILD”—revealing deeper musical colors and fresh charms.
