BTS member Jin has once again proven his immense popularity as his world tour Blu-ray topped bestseller charts across Japan.

Jin’s world tour Blu-ray, “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in Japan,” claimed No. 1 on Amazon Japan’s and Rakuten’s DVD/Blu-ray bestseller rankings immediately upon release. It also ranked No. 1 among hit items at the Universal Music Japan Store. The Blu-ray features footage from Jin’s Japanese concerts during his world tour.

From June 28 to August 10 last year, Jin held his first solo fan concert and first solo world tour, “RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR,” performing 18 shows across nine cities. The tour ranked within the Top 20 Global Concert Tours on U.S.-based Pollstar, which ranks artists by average box office revenue per city, setting a new record as the highest-ranking Asian solo artist. Jin also made history by entering Billboard’s Top Tours Monthly Chart in July.

In August, Jin once again appeared on Billboard’s Top Tours Monthly Chart based solely on four performances—held on August 5 and 6 in London, UK, and August 9 and 10 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Through his European tour, Jin set a new Billboard Top Tours record as the highest-grossing Korean solo artist in Europe.

Although Jin had initially stated that venue scheduling made encore concerts difficult, he decided to proceed after responding to fans’ requests once suitable stadium availability was secured. On October 31 and November 1 last year, he held “RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR_ENCORE” concerts at the Incheon Munhak Main Stadium, delivering breathtaking live performances and unforgettable emotional moments to fans.

Jin’s world tour received widespread acclaim from international media. Rolling Stone UK awarded the tour a perfect five-star rating, praising Jin as a truly one-of-a-kind and unparalleled entertainer. Forbes highlighted Jin’s stable vocals even in challenging high notes, analyzing that he demonstrated exceptional skill through his wide vocal range and control. Paris Match described Jin’s humor, stage presence, and genre-spanning abilities as a perfect gift to fans. Jin’s solo world tour was met with resounding praise from media outlets worldwide.

During his solo tour, Jin also turned his fan concert “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in GOYANG,” held in June in Goyang, into a concert film titled “RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR THE MOVIE.” The film premiered worldwide on December 27 last year and was released exclusively in Korea through CGV starting December 31. Capturing Jin’s powerful performances and striking visuals, the film has drawn explosive reactions from fans around the globe.
