서울회생법원이 JTBC가 요청한 자율 구조조정 지원 프로그램을 받아들였다.
법원이 이를 허용하면서 회생 개시는 보류되고 법원 감독 아래 한달간 JTBC가 채권자들과 자율 협의를 하게 된다.
