가수 임영웅이 2021 TMA 트로트 인기상 투표에서 초반 선두를 질주하며 수상 가능성을 높였다.

임영웅은 9월 6일 낮 12시부터 9월 27일 낮 12시까지 진행되는 2021 TMA 트로트 인기상 투표에서 9월 7일 현재 1위를 달리고 있다.

임영웅은 이날 오후 2시 현재 2위와 3배 가까운 표차로 1위를 기록 중이다.

임영웅은 지난해 2020 TMA에서 팬앤스타 트로트 인기상과 팬앤스타 최애상을 수상하는 등 2관왕에 오른 바 있다. 2021 TMA에서 트로트 인기상을 수상하면 2년 연속 수상의 기쁨을 누리게 된다.
