Black Pink's Lisa set another meaningful record on Spotify, the world's largest music platform, with her solo song.
According to her agency YG Entertainment on the 26th, Lisa's first solo album title track 'LALISA' surpassed 100 million streaming on Spotify this morning. It has been about 46 days since it was released on September 10th. This is the second fastest record among K-pop solo artists that achieved 100 million streams on Spotify.
The shortest record for a K-pop solo artist that achieved 100 million streaming on Spotify was Lisa's 'MONEY' (the 37th). With this, Lisa raised both 1st and 2nd places in this category under her own name.
Lisa's solo album title song 'LALISA' topped the iTunes Top Song Charts in 72 countries immediately after its release, and topped the global YouTube Top 100 Songs for 2 weeks in a row.
After ranking 2nd on the US Billboard Global 200 chart, it ranked 84th on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and 64th on the UK Official Chart Single Top 100, confirming its hot presence in the pop market.
The music video record for ‘LALISA’ is also exceptional. Within 24 hours of its release, it received the title of 'Best solo artist in the world' with 73.6 million views. And it achieved 100 million views in two days, setting the shortest record for a K-pop solo artist, and broke the 200 million view in about 13 days, breaking the new record for the shortest record for a K-pop female solo artist.
