9月25日，一家媒体报道称，丁海寅于去年以44亿韩元的价格购入了清潭洞的独栋住宅。
丁海寅购入的住宅于1984年1月竣工，是多层建筑结构，建筑占地面积为72坪。丁海寅出道后一直和父母一起居住，最近开始和父母分开住。
丁海寅的经纪公司表示：“正在确认当中。”
最近丁海寅参演了电影《愉悦的音乐专辑》。
