Top idol group BTS' hit album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 succeeded in re-entering the Billboard 200 chart after a long time.


Billboard announced on its official Twitter on the 30th (Korean time) that MAP OF THE SOUL:7 would re-enter the 187th place on the Billboard 200 chart as of December 4, 2021.
As a result, MAP OF THE SOUL:7 became a success on the Billboard 200 chart in the 84th week.
MAP OF THE SOUL:7 has been on the Billboard 200 chart for the first time in about two months. The album previously re-entered #162 on the Billboard 200 chart as of October 9th.
MAP OF THE SOUL:7, released in February 2020, is BTS' fourth album to top the Billboard 200 chart. MAP OF THE SOUL:7 has been charting in and out for a long time since entering the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart on March 7, 2020.
Earlier, on the 27th and 28th (local time), BTS held a 'BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LA' tour concert at Sofai Stadium in LA, USA, and faced 106,000 spectators for two days. This concert was an offline performance that was resumed in about two years after '2019 BTS WORLD TOUR 'LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF' [THE FINAL]' held by BTS in Seoul in 2019.
