임영웅은 2위와 40만 표 이상 차이나는 51만 7080표를 획득, 압도적 1위를 기록했다. '미스터트롯' 진 등극 후 가요계 최고 스타 반열에 오른 임영웅은 각종 CF에 출연하며 대중의 큰 사랑을 받고 있다.
