지난 1월 8일 골든디스크 유튜브 공식 채널에 공개된 '[제36회 골든디스크] 임영웅 - 사랑은 늘 도망가 + 별빛 같은 나의 사랑아' 영상은 2월 7일 조회수 100만 뷰를 달성했다.

임영웅은 제36회 골든디스크 어워즈에서 '사랑은 늘 도망가'와 '별빛 같은 나의 사랑아'을 선보여 팬들의 마음을 사로잡았다. 임영웅은 감미로운 목소리와 '감성 장인'만의 남다른 감성으로 눈과 귀를 사로잡았다.

임영웅은 골든디스크 어워즈에서 베스트 솔로 아티스트상을 수상하며 인기를 빛냈다.
