According to their agency, ADOR, on May 9, New Jeans (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein) became a Guinness Book of Records by achieving a cumulative total of 1 billion streams on Spotify in the shortest period among K-pop singers.
Guinness World Records said, "On March 8, 2023, New Jeans reached 1 billion streams on Spotify in 219 days. This is faster than any other K-pop singer (solo male, solo female, group)."
