According to officials from the '2023 Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree K-Pop Super Live' (referred to as 'K-Pop Super Live'), which is organized by the Korea Scout Association and hosted by the 2023 Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree Organizing Committee, with production support from the Saemangeum Development Authority, Korea Tourism Organization, and Jeollabuk-do, the concert will take place on the 11th at Jeonju World Cup Stadium.
The decision to hold the 'K-Pop Super Live' at Jeonju World Cup Stadium was announced by Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Park Bog-kyun and Jeollabuk-do Governor Kim Gwan-young during a press conference at the Jamboree Press Center, stating, "The postponed Jamboree K-POP performance will be held on the 11th at Jeonju World Cup Stadium." According to News1, Minister Park mentioned, "Jeonju World Cup Stadium is about a 50-minute drive from Saemangeum Jamboree Camp and is a well-managed venue with accumulated experience and expertise in safety management." He added, "We judged it as the optimal place where the passion of Jeollabuk-do and its residents can be quickly followed up." He also said, "There will be some changes and reinforcements in the lineup," and "We are preparing to make it a more splendid event."
