가수 김혜연이 가수가 되기로 결심한 이유를 밝혔다.13일 방송된 TV조선 '스타다큐 마이웨이'에서는 김혜연이 출연해 인생사를 전했다.
이날 김혜연은 가수가 된 이유에 대해 "우리 가족이 모여 살 수 있는 집을 갖고 싶었다"고 말했다.
이어 "어릴 때부터 부모님이 생활고에 시달려서 형제들이 다 뿔뿔이 흩어져 살았다. 한 집에 모여서 살고 싶다는 열망이 있었다"고 털어놨다.그러면서 "어릴 때부터 안 해보지 않은 일이 없다. 우유도 배달하고, 신문도 나르고, 구두 닦는 아르바이트도 했었다"고 힘들었던 과거를 회상했다.
