BTS member V has finally showcased his unique colors through his first solo album.
On the 8th at 1 PM (Korean time), V released his first solo album, 'Layover.'
'Layover' is based on the pop R&B genre and includes a total of 6 tracks, including the title track 'Slow Dancing,' as well as pre-released songs like 'Rainy Days,' 'Love Me Again,' 'Blue,' ‘For Us,’ and a bonus track, ‘Slow Dancing’ (Piano Ver.).
On this day, V shared several stories about the album through his agency, Big Hit Music. He described the title track, saying, "It's a song that you can listen to with a relaxed mood. There's a flute performance in the latter part. The reason for choosing it as the title track is because I thought ARMY would like it the most ."
He continued, "Since it's my first solo album, I had a lot of worries, but I prepared with the desire to show a new side of myself. I'm not someone who's very ambitious, but I did try to be a bit ambitious. This time. I hope you get immersed in the new version of V."
(Note: "ARMY" refers to BTS's fandom.)
