Last June, four members of Fifty Fifty  filed an application for a temporary injunction to suspend the exclusive contract against her agency, Attrakt, claiming that Attract violated her contract and broke her relationship of trust.
However, the 50th Civil Affairs Division of the Seoul Central District Court decided to dismiss the case in August, saying that it was difficult to conclude that it was a violation of the obligation to provide settlement data and that the violation of the obligation to care for health was not sufficiently justified. Accordingly, the members submitted an appeal.
During this process, Kina withdrew her appeal and returned to her agency. Attract notified Saena, Shio, and Aran, excluding Kina, of termination of their exclusive contracts.
