'My Idol Awards' is a fan-participation event held as a pre-event for MMA 2023, where fans create and present awards with the meaning of "(I) giving (an award) to (my) favorite (idol)." The event aims to illuminate the hearts of fans supporting artists and facilitate the delivery of their sentiments and meanings to the artists directly. Jimin, following his 'Best Main Dancer Award' at MMA 2022, achieved a consecutive win by receiving the 'King of K-pop Award' at MMA 2023.
Jimin's song 'Face' set a record in the first half of Melon 2023's year-end rankings, reaching over 1 million streams in just 6 hours and 50 minutes, and over 2.9 million streams in 24 hours. The title track, 'Like Crazy,' secured the top spot on the Melon Weekly Popularity Chart for four consecutive weeks (from the 5th week of March to the 3rd week of April), achieving a milestone as the first K-pop solo idol to do so since the March 2022 update.
