Girl group ITZY has added another teaser for the music video of their new title track 'UNTOUCHABLE,' building anticipation for the return of the 'stage masters.'
ITZY is set to make a comeback on the 8th with their new album 'BORN TO BE' and the title track 'UNTOUCHABLE.' After initially unveiling the music video teaser and showcasing parts of the new song and choreography on their official social media channels on the 4th, they released an additional captivating music video teaser on the 5th at midnight, highlighting their powerful stage presence.
In the teaser, the members overwhelmed viewers with elegant movements and charismatic gazes, exuding a powerful 'girl crush' energy enhanced by the combination of all-black outfits, red lighting, and a relaxed mood. The lyrics, such as "I'm untouchable, it started, and you can't stop it, just going on and on," hint at a refreshing and dynamic performance. Fans can expect to witness ITZY's new stage filled with energetic melodies and beats.
The new song 'UNTOUCHABLE' was created through collaboration with various renowned songwriters, including Esraa and famous lyricist Bang Hye Hyun, as well as international songwriter Maria Marcus. The choreography was completed by Kiel Tutin, the renowned choreographer behind 'Not Shy' and 'Mafia In the Morning,' and dancer Song Hee Soo, a member of the winning team 'Turns' from the 2022 Mnet show 'Street Dance Girls Fighter.'
In addition to the title track, ITZY's new album 'BORN TO BE' includes various tracks, such as 'Mr. Vampire,' and solo tracks by each member, contributing to the diverse content for their comeback. To engage fans further, they will conduct various promotions on the day of the album release, including a countdown live on JYP's official YouTube channel and Melon at 5 PM, followed by a Melon exclusive live 'Melon Spotlight LIVE' at 7 PM.
ITZY's new mini-album 'BORN TO BE' and the title track 'UNTOUCHABLE' were officially released on the 8th. On February 24th and 25th, they will hold a solo concert at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul, marking the beginning of their second world tour, 'ITZY 2ND WORLD TOUR <BORN TO BE>.'
