BTS V's song 'Slow Dancing' shines in popularity as it is selected as the 'Song of 2023' on Tokyo FM, a Japanese radio station.
Tokyo FM's K-pop representative program, 'Pop K Top 10 Friday,' selected V's solo album 'Layover' title track 'Slow Dancing' as the 'Song of 2023' and presented him with a trophy.
According to Tokyo FM, the program conducted preliminary voting in male and female categories through the K-pop idol voting platform 'Idol Champ,' selecting the top 15 in each category. The semifinals and finals determined the winning song.
V received a special trophy, and a support advertisement will be broadcast on the large screen at YUNIKA VISION located in front of Tokyo Shinjuku Station.
Furthermore, 'Pop K Top 10 Friday' announced that V's collaboration with UMI on the new song 'Wherever U R' has been selected as the January MVP based on cumulative point scores determined through weekly voting.
